30 Day Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

We cannot offer a refund or exchange on opened or used products.

If you're not happy with HASH BODY, we will offer you a credit to the value of the product you would like to return for you to put towards any future products.

When returning any item, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Please use a tracked shipping method to return the goods as all risk during return transport is the sender's responsibility.

After we have received your returned item, we will notify you, as long as the return is in new condition, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
